CTA & KFC - Self Checkout Station
CASE BACKGROUND AND GOALS
The customer was looking for a self checkout kiosk solution for their franchisee's across a specified region. We had done business with them prior for a back-of-house mounting solution and both sides had a great experience. They reached out and inquired to see what we could offer.
PROJECT REQUESTS AND CHALLENGES
KFC wanted something that could become their new company wide standard and wanted to see different options to find what would fit their new branded image. The competitor's lead time was way to long, so having a faster turn-around time that matched their schedule was a requirement. We were also able to have a mounting design that would work with an agreed upon device - the universal Ingenico Lane 3000 payment readers.
CTA RESULTS
CTA Digital was able to provide over 600 customized table and wall mount solutions to the KFC Franchisees. They came with ELO 22" monitors and a customized STORM reader holder that worked with the Ingenico Lane 300 payment devices - all ADA compliant! CTA delivered everything in 90 days and worked with their budget more effectively than what any other competitor could.
