Retail buying questions

Can the counter stands hold a printer, scanner and card reader?

Yes. The POS Station with Printer Stand and Security Enclosure (PAD-PARAPOS) includes a printer stand, a scanner holder and a universal card reader holder, and the metal bracket can be fitted on the left or right. The POS Station with Magnetic Scanner Holder and Card Reader Holder (PAD-CHKS2EN) adds a second enclosure.

How do I stop tablets from walking out of the store?

Our enclosures lock with a key, and some holders, such as the Security Universal Holder POS Station (PAD-CHKS), can also be tied to a cable lock. Steel security cable locks are available as add-ons (for example LT-CABLEMK).

Will a stand fit my iPad, Galaxy Tab and payment hardware?

Each product page lists the tablet models it fits, and VESA-compatible mounts such as ADD-VPOS1W list their hole patterns. Tell us your device and payment terminal and we will confirm the fit before you order.

Do you make cases for handheld use on the sales floor?

Yes. The Protective Case with a built-in 360° rotatable grip (CASE-PCGK109) shields an iPad 10th Generation from drops, the Handgrip Case with Security Enclosure Jacket (CASE-KHC9) suits larger iPads, and straps (ADD-STRAP) add hand and shoulder carry. Check each product page for the models it fits.

How do we keep cables tidy and devices charged?

The Self Service Kiosk (ADD-SSKPCB) has an interior channel for cables and a locking compartment for a receipt printer. For shared devices, the Locking Charging Cabinet (POW-LICC10) holds up to 10 and the Wall Mount Charging Station (ADD-VCHARGE12) charges up to 12.
