The Solution
CTA Digital's next-generation mobile POS cases provided the perfect solution, meeting all of the Big Box Retailer’s needs and more. These custom-designed cases featured a center back device card reader holder that could be tailored to fit any card reader, offering ultimate flexibility. The hand strap, securely anchored on the short edge of the case, ensured ease of use. Key features included specialty security screws to keep the tablet securely in place, a fold-out built-in kickstand for convenient on-the-go kiosk setups, and embedded hooks for over-the-shoulder carrying strap options.

The Result
CTA Digital successfully delivered 850 of the next-generation tablet cases in 2024, significantly revamping the Big Box Retailer's mobile POS infrastructure. These cases, paired with the LINK 2500 as the primary card reader device, have empowered club associates to efficiently take payments on the go while also managing their tasks and responsibilities. This streamlined solution has enhanced operational efficiency and improved the overall customer experience. The client has already planned to purchase an additional 2,000 units in Q2 of 2025, further expanding the mobile POS setup across their stores.
